Two new preprints on autism and schizophrenia genomics
Co-authored two bioRxiv preprints from the Sanders lab: Spatial transcriptomics implicates the thalamus and cortex in autism and schizophrenia (Young et al.) and Spatiotemporal analysis of autism gene enrichment implicates cortex, thalamus, and hypothalamus (Wang et al.).
Contributed to two further Sanders/Nowakowski lab preprints
Genome-scale functional mapping of the mammalian whole brain with in vivo Perturb-seq and Molecular dynamics of Brodmann Area 22 in development and autism, both posted to bioRxiv.
Two new preprints, spanning brain development and cancer genomics
A Retinoic Acid Autoregulatory Loop Governing Prefrontal-Motor Arealization (Yang et al.) and Tracing the evolutionary trajectory of CDK4/6 inhibitor resistance in oestrogen receptor positive breast cancer (Natrajan et al.).

Started as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the IDRM
Joined the Sanders and Rinaldi labs at the Institute of Developmental and Regenerative Medicine, Department of Paediatrics, University of Oxford, after completing a PhD in Precision Medicine at the University of Edinburgh.
