Two new preprints on autism and schizophrenia genomics

Co-authored two bioRxiv preprints from the Sanders lab: Spatial transcriptomics implicates the thalamus and cortex in autism and schizophrenia (Young et al.) and Spatiotemporal analysis of autism gene enrichment implicates cortex, thalamus, and hypothalamus (Wang et al.).

2026

Contributed to two further Sanders/Nowakowski lab preprints

Genome-scale functional mapping of the mammalian whole brain with in vivo Perturb-seq and Molecular dynamics of Brodmann Area 22 in development and autism, both posted to bioRxiv.

2025

Two new preprints, spanning brain development and cancer genomics

A Retinoic Acid Autoregulatory Loop Governing Prefrontal-Motor Arealization (Yang et al.) and Tracing the evolutionary trajectory of CDK4/6 inhibitor resistance in oestrogen receptor positive breast cancer (Natrajan et al.).

2024

Conference paper published in Studies in Health Technology and Informatics

Self-Reported Learning Strategies and Preferences in Health Informatics, drawing on PhD research into how students learn health data science.
